We ship our garments to all Europe, USA, UK, Canada and Australia. You will see the correct shipping price in checkout once you have added your address.
What are the production times?
Most pieces are made to order and take 4-5 weeks to complete, which means the garment is carefully created only after the order is placed, supporting responsible production and ensuring meticulous craftsmanship at every stage and lasting quality. If the piece is finished sooner, it will be dispatched promptly.
How long does delivery take after production?
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Delivery takes up to 6 days within Europe and up to 10 days to the USA & Canada. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order is on its way.
How do pre-orders work?
With pre-orders, you reserve your garment before it is produced. This allows us to plan material use precisely and ensures that each piece is created carefully and sustainably. Pre-orders take 4–5 weeks to complete; if your piece is ready sooner, we ship it immediately.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. If you’re still unsure, feel free to contact us —we’ll be happy to help you find the best fit or suggest an alternative.
Why are there price differences between pieces?
Marka No17 focuses on demi-couture – refined, limited-run pieces that uphold the brand’s values and craftsmanship. We also create select haute couture pieces – with a high proportion of handwork, specialized techniques, and hundreds of hours invested. These distinct approaches to making naturally result in a range of prices.
WillI need to pay customs or import taxes?
If you are ordering from outside the EU, your country may charge customs duties or taxes. These are not included in our prices and need to be covered by you. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
